Malachite crystal jewellery, ornaments and amulets have been found in many of the Ancient Civilizations such as Egyptian, Greek and Romans for centuries.  
 
The Ancient Egyptians used to crush malachite and use it for eye shadow. Malachite was dedicated to the Goddess Hathor, the Goddess of sound and music, and she was also known as the Lady of Malachite. Malachite was associated with fertility - the green revered for growth and a time of fertility with the Nile River.
 
Malachite is one of the most important stones for protection from negative energy. It assists one with emotional balance and helps not to take on the emotional baggage of others.
 
Each crystal used in these pendants was hand-selected by Berto and each pendant created by him with love and intention.
 
Each piece of jewellery made by Berto is a bespoke piece and set with a specialised triple metal - copper and brass and then plated with silver. Since ancient times, copper has been used for conducting energy and grounding higher energies, brass for positivity and abundance and silver for connection and protection.
